My passion for design has stemmed from many years in the fashion industry blending contemporary culture with local inspirations. Cooking has always been a passion of mine I love the thrill of not knowing what I am going to prepare until I see it at the market, I love the sense of spontaneity.
I gained my experience and love of food working in various renowned kitchens in the south of France from five star hotel kitchens to gastronomic local restaurants on the Côte d’Azur. Everything I have learnt along the way has given me the confidence and passion to deliver the finest quality dining experience and service.
I have traveled the world and my passion is discovering new ingredients and creating interesting fusion flavours inspired from the regions of The Silk Route with a contemporary Provencal twist.
