It is hard not to fall in love with the beauty that is Provence. Steeped in history, endless picturesque villages, French culture, wine and culinary delights. It was here that I discovered my passion for a lifestyle that is the envy of the world. Having lived in this wonderful little corner of France my dream is to now share my experiences and passion for cooking with visitors from around the world.

There is nothing more inspirational than meandering your way through the local markets where you are surrounded by the freshest of seasonal produced carefully nurtured by local farmers. This is where I gain my inspiration for my daily menus that combine fresh seasonal, local ingredients. Back in the kitchen I combine all the fresh produce to create delicious menus with great attention to detail, combining delicate flavours and interesting textures all presented in a contemporary Provencal style with a fusion twist. Each menu starts with a blank canvas that gradually transforms into a unique piece of art never to be repeated.
